Cops found £80,000 worth of drugs in a car on Dumfries road.
Officers stopped a vehicle travelling northbound on the A74 near to junction 19 at Ecclefechan at around 6.55pm last night.
A quantity of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of £80,000 was recovered from the car.
Three men were arrested and charged in connection with alleged drugs offences.
The men aged 59, 43 and 42 are due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court today.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal
