Merseyside police have arrested four men after a raid at an address in Huyton yesterday.
Officers surrounded a house on Wimborne Road at around 3.40pm on Wednesday, January 5.
As a result of their searches and enquiries, detectives found a suspected firearm and ammunition, a quantity of cash, suspected class A drugs. drug paraphernalia and suspected stolen motorbikes.

Four men, aged, 17, 27, 19 and 55 , from the Huyton and Liverpool area, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a Section 1 Firearm.
They have been taken into custody for questioning.
Officers remain at the scene this morning, on Thursday, January 6, to carry out further searches and enquiries.
Detective chief inspector Rachel Wilson from our Firearms Investigation Team said: "These arrests show that we will not hesitate to take action against those who seek to use dangerous weapons to cause fear and harm in our communities on Merseyside.
"Our streets are made safer with every weapon we take out of circulation and every arrest we make in relation to firearms.
"We will act on all information provided on gun crime to remove weapons and those who use them from our communities. Please come forward with what you know, directly or anonymously, and we will do the rest."
