Police still want to speak to a man in connection to the theft of a pensioner’s wallet in County Durham.

The theft took place at Aldi on North Railway Street, Seaham on March 25 at around 10.10am.

Durham Constabulary issued an appeal to find a man they wished to speak to in connection to the incident, but one week later are still looking for the man.

A Durham Constabulary said: "Officers would like to speak with the male shown following an incident at Aldi, Seaham on the 25th March 2020.

“Should you recognise this male please contact PC 2887 Hanson by ringing 101 and quoting CRI00259434, alternatively private message this site [Seaham & Easington Police Facebook page] quoting the above number."
