Police statement after officers called to incident outside Victoria Shopping Centre

Police were called to reports of a disturbance outside the Victoria Centre in Nottingham. The incident in Milton Street was reported at around 5pm on Monday (January 23).

Speaking of the incident, a Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to the outside of Victoria Centre, in Milton Street, Nottingham city centre, following reports of a disturbance.

“Police attended the scene at around 5pm today (23 January) and have since cleared the scene. Inquiries are still ongoing to establish what happened, so we’d ask anyone who has any information to contact the police on 101, quoting incident 526 of 23 January 2023.”
