Nottinghamshire Police attended the scene and closed the road, meaning traffic was forced to divert. Sergeant Rich Boam said: “Officers are currently in attendance at Bulwell High Road, Bulwell, following reports of a collision between a motorbike and a car.

“The rider suffered injuries to his leg in the collision, which happened on the street at around 11.45am earlier today. The injured man has been taken to hospital for further treatment, while officers are still carrying out inquiries.
