Police shut Hamilton road after car flips on its side in five-vehicle crash

Police have closed off a busy Hamilton road this morning after a collision left one car on its side.

Glasgow Road in Burnbank has been blocked off after a three-car road traffic accident.

Police Scotland said: "Police were called around 10.40am on Friday, February 7, 2020, following reports of a five-vehicle road crash on Glasgow Road, Hamilton.

"The road was closed for a short period of time and one of the drivers involved was taken to hospital for minor injuries.
