Police have shared the Samaritans and other charity phone numbers following a series of tragic incidents on motorway bridges.
North West Motorway Police shared the phone numbers in a Tweet this morning and wrote: "'We all sometimes in our life need a little bit of help.'
"Help is out there. Please share. #itsoknottobeok."
The tweet included numbers for helplines such as the Samaritans, Papyrus, Childline and Mind.

Kindhearted messages have also been left on motorway bridges across Greater Manchester with helplines for anybody needing them.

West Yorkshire Police have not yet released his name.
It follows a series of tragic incidents across the region earlier this year.
Back in March a man, aged in his 20s, died after falling from a bridge over the M602.
In January a woman, believed to be her 30s, died during a similar incident on the M56.
The woman died from her injuries after falling from a bridge near to junction four.
