Traffic cops from Greater Manchester Police seized an ice cream van on Sunday after discovering it was being driven without insurance. To make matters worse, the driver was an unsupervised provisional licence holder and was subsequently reported.
The force quipped on Twitter: "It was not a 99 for RPU officers this afternoon. Instead, it was a 165 (seizure)."

They added: "The driver of this ice cream van did not have any insurance and was an unsupervised provisional licence holder. Vehicle seized and driver reported. #driveinsured."
