Police seize quad bike and cars in Shipley nuisance crime crackdown

West Yorkshire Police have seized a number of vehicles used in anti-social incidents around the Windhill area of Shipley.

Shipley officers impounded two cars, a quad bike and stolen motorbike in a tough anti-social clampdown after a spate of incidents over the last few days.

Police have also confirmed that a number of prosecutions will be made.

At 11.29pm last night (Friday) Police tweeted a photograph of one the cars being carted away as part of the police operation.

West Yorkshire Police said: "We will not tolerate the anti-social use of these vehicles and the risks that they pose to members of our communities. Those involved WILL be prosecuted."
