A MAN charged with drug supply and driving while suspended after police allegedly seized the drug ice during a vehicle stop has faced court.

Jason Charles Edwards, 38, denied the drug supply charge against him, but pleaded guilty to driving while suspended at Toronto Local Court on Wednesday.

Edwards was granted bail on the condition he agree to a curfew between 9pm and 5am and not to take drugs except on medical advice.

The 38-year-old was arrested after police pulled his car over on Mandalong Road in the early hours of the morning.

Officers allege Edwards was not only driving while suspended, but that a search of his car revealed 165g of methylamphetamine about 3am on Wednesday, March 13.

Police could not confirm whether he was stopped due to his manner of driving, to check his licence or other reasons.

Edwards will face court again in April.
