ACT police have seized 93 cannabis plants during a search warrant at a Gungahlin house.

Police said they conducted the search after a member of the public reported suspicious behaviour at the location on Friday.

On entering the house, officers saw five rooms had been converted for the sole purpose of hydroponically cultivating cannabis, according to ACT Policing.

Police said they also seized hydroponic cultivation equipment. The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with information about illegal drug cultivation or supply is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
