Chicago police are seeking the driver of a Pontiac Grand Prix involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Austin on the West Side last month.

A motorcyclist was struck and killed by a blue or green Grand Prix in the 400 block of North Cicero Avenue about 12:25 a.m. on June 20, Chicago police said. The Pontiac fled west on Hubbard Street.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The Pontiac is thought to be between a 2004 and a 2008 model, and has damage to the front right passenger side area and the right rear-end area, police said.
