Police seek Qld man over toddler's death

Andrew Campbell is wanted in connection with the death of a baby in Ipswich. (AAP)

Police have renewed an appeal for help in finding a man wanted in connection to the death of a toddler at Ipswich.

Andrew Campbell, 41, from Bellbowrie, had allegedly been living in the house at the time of the nine-month-old boy's death in June but is yet to make contact with police.

The baby's mother was charged with murder in December after her son died from neglect, police allege.

The baby's body was found by paramedics inside a property at Raceview in Ipswich, on June 21, 2019.

His mother has been charged with one count each of murder and interfering with a corpse and six counts of failing to supply life necessities.

Some charges related to the baby's twin brother and their sister, who was four years old when the boy died.

Officers are again appealing for Mr Campbell, who was the woman's partner at the time of the death, to come forward.

While not considered dangerous, anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact police immediately.
