The driver allegedly involved in an incident with a cyclist in Canberra's CBD on April 19 has come forward and is assisting police with their investigation.
According to police, the driver turned left into Gordon Street about 7.45am, cutting off a cyclist who then collided with the vehicle.
The cyclist obtained significant injuries in the incident and was transported to hospital for treatment.

Police released a statement earlier in the week asking anyone with information which might help identify the vehicle or for the driver to come forward.
