A thug was seen smashing windows at a property in Glasgow while reportedly swaggering about holding a gun.
Police have launched a probe after the incident happened on Blaeloch Avenue in Castlemilk yesterday morning.
Officers received a report of the lout smashing windows at the property at around 4.30am on Friday.
They were also told that the person was in possession of what "appeared to be a firearm".
Cops attended and carried out a full search of the area.
No one was injured and no firearm was discharged, but police say their enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.30am on Friday, 19 March, officers were called to a report regarding a number of windows of a property smashed in Blaeloch Avenue, Castlemilk.
"They also received information that the person responsible was in possession of what appeared to be a firearm. No one was injured and no firearm was discharged.
“Officers attended and carried out a full search of the area. Enquiries are ongoing in the area to establish the exact circumstances and trace the person responsible.
"Officers following a number of lines of enquiry in relation to this incident.”
