Police searching for a missing man from Stockport have released CCTV images of his last known movements.
John Wilkinson, 61, was last seen on Mill Lane in Hazel Grove area at around 11am on Friday (October 30).
Enquiries have revealed CCTV images of a man officers believe to be Mr Wilkinson walking past the Tesco Express petrol station at Fiveways in the direction of the A555 junction in Hazel Grove.
He has no mobile phone and is not believed to have access to money. He is seen wearing a blue coat and a large rucksack.
Mr Wilkinson is a keen walker, police said. He is understood to have taken a tent with him.
He particularly likes walking in the Peak District and around Poynton Pool and Tytherington, Macclesfield.
Mr Wilkinson is white, of medium/large build and has a shaved head.
Officers - and Mr Wilkinson's family - are becoming increasingly concerned about John and want to make sure he is safe and well.
