Police confirm missing Shiney Row woman has been found 'safe and well'

Police searching for missing Wearside woman Laura Forster have confirmed she has been found 'safe and well.'

Laura, 35, of Shiney Row was reported missing after she was last seen in the Osborne Street area of Roker, Sunderland, about 10pm on Wednesday.

She was reported missing after she did not return home and she had not been in contact with any family or friends.

Police confirmed on Friday morning that Laura has been found 'safe and well'

A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "Laura has been found safe and well.

"A big thanks to everyone who shared the appeal."
