Missing Fife schoolboy who failed to return home is found safe and well

A missing schoolboy who vanished in Fife has been found safe and well.

Jack Drummond, 12, was last seen in Weymss at around 8am on Friday and failed to return home from school.

Police have now confirmed he has been found safe and well.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Jack Drummond (12) who had been missing since yesterday has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you for your assistance with our appeal."
