Police searching for man missing from Salford Royal Hospital

Police are searching for a Salford man who has gone missing from hospital.

Christopher Weir, 41, was last seen at about 6.30pm last night (Saturday December 19) at Salford Royal Hospital.

He is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall and of a slim build, with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing navy blue Adidas tracksuit bottoms, a grey t-shirt, and grey trainers.

Christopher, who has a medical condition where he may become confused and agitated, previously went missing on Thursday (December 17) but was found safe and well by police a day later.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Christopher and want to make sure he is safe and well."

Anyone with information about Christopher's whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 5443.
