Police searching for convicted criminal who may be in Nottinghamshire

A missing man who was convicted for aggravated burglary is wanted by police after failing to appear in court.

Essex Police are trying to locate Amos Wilsher after he was convicted of aggravated burglary in Brentwood on Friday, January 31 following a trial at Basildon Crown Court.

However, Wilsher aged 27 did not appear in court.

An appeal has now been launched by Essex Police to track down the wanted man.

Wilsher, who also uses the name Luke Lee, has links with Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

He also has links to Bagworth and Coalville in Leicestershire, as well as Bedfordshire.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call DC Frankie Cole at Brentwood CID on 101.
