Police launched an urgent appeal after a Fife teenager vanished while walking his dog.
Louis Hubbard was reported missing last night after he failed to return home from walking his white border collie in the Dunfermline area in the afternoon.
The 14-year-old's family became increasingly worried when he went missing for a number of hours and police searched into the evening for the teen.
However police have now confirmed that the teenager has been found "safe and well" today and thanked the public for their assistance.
