Police confirm 'high risk' missing woman Hannah Sweeting has been found

Police have confirmed that "high risk" missing Newcastle woman Hannah Sweeting has been found.

The 23-year-old was last seen leaving Sainsbury’s on Heaton Road at 12.30pm on Friday and walking towards Heaton Park.

She was then reported missing at 2.30pm.

Police urgently searching for Hannah in the Jesmond Dene and Heaton Park areas of Newcastle and issued an appeal to the public.

On Saturday, a spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "We are pleased to share that missing woman Hannah Sweeting has now been found safe. Thank you for your support of our appeal."
