Police are appealing for help tracing a missing man who vanished two days ago.
Eoin O'Sullivan, 48, disappeared from his home in the Wester Hailes area of Edinburgh on Thursday.
The keen hillwalker was last seen by his family at his Longstone Grove home in the early hours of the morning.
Mr O'Sullivan is slim, around 6ft tall and has dark brown hair and some facial hair.
He may be wearing a grey coloured waterproof jacket and dark trousers.
A Police Scotland statement said: "Eoin likes walking and officers are asking anyone out and about in the Colinton and Water of Leith areas of Edinburgh, and in the Pentland Hills, to look out for him."
