Amy Thompson has been found safe, some six hours after last being seen on Tuesday, September 15 in Garran.
The 95-year-old Ms Thompson is Caucasian with grey hair and a thin build, and uses a red four-wheeled walking frame.
She was last seen wearing a white and blue striped shirt with a green polar fleece vest, dark pants, glasses and a pendant around her neck.
Her family hold concerns for her welfare.
