Police search for man with Alzheimer's who has gone missing in Rochdale

A man with Alzheimer's has gone missing in Rochdale.

Gordon Nicholson, 78, was last seen on Leander Drive, Castleton, at around 4.30pm today (Thursday, February 4).

Greater Manchester Police say that Gordon suffers with the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease.

Officers are concerned for his welfare and are urging anyone with information to contact the force.

Gordon is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall with a slim build and grey hair. He also wears glasses.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket and a blue jumper.

Anyone with information about Gordon's whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 3533.
