Police are urgently seeking the public's help to find a missing 78-year-old man believed to be somewhere on Mount Ainslie.
Ramsey Howard was last seen walking at the mountain on Wednesday when he became disoriented.
Police would lie to speak to anyone who saw Mr Howard walking in the Mount Ainslie area after 2pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Police Search and Rescue and the State Emergency Service are searching for him and are intermittently in contact with him, however he is unable to describe where he is.
Mr Howard is a grey haired man with the left side of his head shaved.
He is wearing a bottle green shirt, blue shorts and black socks with white shoes.
Anyone who may have any information that could assist police in locating Mr Howard is urged to contact ACT Policing Operations on 131 444.
