Police Scotland are on the hunt for woman in Edinburgh who are interested in becoming a police officer.
They are hosting a recruitment event at Fettes on Saturday 18 April.
The 'Discover your journey event' will take place at Fettes between 9.30am and 3.30pm, with the hopes of attracting woman who '"are interested in a career in policing"
The event feature inspiring talks from female officer to will share their story of how they go in to the force.
Police Scotland say: "Police Scotland is running one day events aimed at encouraging you to discover your journey towards considering a career in policing.
The courses are designed to provide an insight into the role of a police officer/ special constable.
"Woman are currently underrepresented in the police and it is hoped that the event will inspire you to consider a a career in policing."
