Police say there have been no arrests after car smashed into home

Police say no arrests have been made following an incident which left the front wall of a house caved in.

Emergency services rushed to Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, last night (December 18) after a white Vauxhall Insignia smashed into the front of a house near Welling Street.

The window frame was bent back and the wall was broken due to the crash.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said that it was reported as a two-vehicle collision, but officers confirmed that no arrests have been made and enquiries are still ongoing.
