Police say LeBron heckler in Cleveland was removed during Lakers-Cavs game

Earlier this week when LeBron James was back in Cleveland and hitting huge shots in his old building, LeBron’s response to a Cavs executive excitedly cheering a miss was the top headline. But one incident with a fan in Cleveland went unnoticed until the police released a report that a fan was kicked out of Monday night’s game between the Cavs and Lakers because of some heckling of LeBron James that went way too far.

Cleveland.com reported on Thursday that the fan was kicked out at the behest of Cavs general manager Koby Altman, as well as other employees and players, who believed the fan was crossing the line.

Cavs General Manager Kobe Altman and several team employees and players reported the fan to Rocket Mortgage Field Housesecurity, according to the police report released on Thursday. The report also said several Cavs’ players complained that the fan was screaming obscenities.

According to the police report, some of the signs that the fan had said “LeBron is racist” and “LeBron is a narcissist,” while also having some signs that referenced his mother, Gloria James.
