A road traffic accident has shut down a section of Glasgow's busiest motorway this morning.
The crash occurred on the M8 between junction 28 and 29 heading Eastbound, just near to Glasgow airport shortly before 11AM.
Drivers are told to expect delays as two lanes are currently closed.
Pictures show major tailbacks on the busy road.
An eyewitness told Glasgow Live that three cars were involved in the accident.

Police and roads support are currently enroute.
It is unknown if there are any casualties or injuries at this time.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
