Police respond to crash in busy Kilmarnock town centre

Police officers have been dealing with an incident in Kilmarnock's town centre this morning.

A car veered off-road onto the pavement at the junction which connects Portland Road and North Hamilton Street.

Officers responded to the incident which happened between 10am and 11am.

The circumstances around the crash and condition of those involved are unclear at the moment.

Ayrshire Live has contacted Police Scotland for comment.
