Police release picture and appeal for help in search for missing man

Police are appealing for help in the search for a missing man.

Officers have released a pictures of Aaron Heywood, from Salford, after his family said they were worried about his welfare.

He has links around the city but is particularly likely to be in either Walkden or Little Hulton.

In a post on Facebook, a spokesman for GMP's Salford team said: "Police are appealing for the public’s help to find missing man Aaron Heywood from the Salford area.

"Aaron is described as a white male 5’9” tall and slim build, with brown hair.

"Last seen wearing navy blue Adidas trainers, a white top and carrying a white JD Bag.

"His family are becoming increasingly concerned for his well-being."
