Police have released new images of three men they are keen to speak to after a group of Jewish people suffered anti-Semitic abuse as they celebrated Hanukkah.
Disturbing footage shared online shows the men spitting at the bus and punching windows while shouting slurs.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan condemned the attack, saying antisemitism had “no place whatsoever in society”.
He added: “I utterly condemn these disgusting acts. No one should have to experience this.
“If you have any information about this incident, I urge you to report it.”
Officers stopped the bus in Grosvenor Place to speak with passengers about the incident and to check on their welfare. There were no reports of any injuries.
Detective Kevin Eade, from the local policing team in Westminster, said: “Our investigation into this appalling incident continues and we are now in a position to release three clearer of images of the men would like to speak to.
“Despite extensive enquiries over the past week, we are yet to make any arrests, however I am confident that somebody will recognise the people in these images, and I would urge anyone who does to contact us immediately."
