Police release images of man after woman hit by glass in Nottingham city centre

Police have released images of a man they want to speak to after a woman was injured in a city centre fight.

The victim suffered a cut to her head when she was hit by a glass thrown during an altercation at the Corner House, Nottingham city centre, shortly before midnight on Tuesday, August 14.

It is believed by police that two groups of revellers were involved.

No arrests have been made.

PC Jack Houghton, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a reckless display of violence that caused a nasty injury to a young woman who was simply trying to enjoy a night out with friends.

“We believe the person pictured in these images may be able to help with our enquiries and would like to speak to anybody who recognised him.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 917 of 14 August.
