Police release image of man they want to trace after racial abuse at Metro station

Police have released an image of a man they want to trace after a member of staff was racially abused at Chichester Metro Station.

Officers received reports of the incident at just after 3.30pm on Wednesday, December 4.

An investigation was launched and officers have identified a man they would like to speak to who they believe may have vital information which could help the investigation.

The man, pictured wearing an orange hi-vis jacket, was at the station at the time of the alleged incident.

The man or anyone who knows him is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log number 0655 041219 or go to the Northumbria Police website.

Alternatively, you can contact independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
