Thieves scaled a fence before making off with a quantity of cable from a South Tyneside business.
Officers from Northumbria Police are investigating the theft from an electrical company on the Victoria Industrial Estate in Hebburn.
They have now released images of three people they are hoping to speak to.

The three men pictured were seen in the area at the time, and police hope they may have information which could help with their investigation.
The theft took place at an electrical company on the Victoria Industrial Estate on the morning of July 18.
Police say a group of offenders attended the premises and scaled a fence to access a private yard, before stealing some cables and making off.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "Police are carrying out a range of enquiries into the theft, and have now identified three men who they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
"The men were seen in the area at the time and could have information that can assist with the investigation."
