Police release CCTV images in hunt for Post Office burglars

A series of CCTV images have been released by Nottinghamshire Police in a bid to track down three Post Office burglars.

Officers investigating the break in at a Post Office in Bestwood are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Three offenders (as pictured) forced their way into Beckhampton Road Post Office before stealing cigarettes and tobacco.

It’s believed they arrived and left in a white van (also pictured) which was parked on Hartcroft Road.

The burglary happened at around 8.30pm on February 23.

Police Constable Oliver Pemberton, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "I appreciate these CCTV images are not of the best quality but if you think you recognise any of the men pictured from their build or clothing, if you recall seeing the white van in the area around the time of the incident or if you have any other information which could help us with our enquiries please call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 827 of 23 February 2020, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
