Police have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries following the assault of a man on Old Edinburgh Road, Viewpark, Uddingston, around 7.15am on Thursday, June 25.
The man in the picture is described as white, 5ft 10ins, medium build with short dark hair.
Constable Mark Cameron, Bellshill Police Station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may recognise the man in the image, or who has any information, to contact police at Bellshill via telephone number 101 quoting incident number 0779 of 25 June 2020.
"Alternatively, calls can be made in confidence to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
