Officers say they are growing increasingly concerned for his whereabouts.

Andrew has not taken his mobile phone and it's not know if he has access to any funds.

He is described as a white male, medium build, 5ft 10, with a bald head and clean shaven.

Andrew was last seen wearing a dark blue anorak style coat, blue jeans, and bright white trainers.

Police believe he is carrying a small, black backpack with a dark green stripe.

It is believed he boarded a train and may have travelled to the Lancashire or Merseyside areas.

He may also still be travelling along the rail network.

Anyone with information about Andrew’s whereabouts is asked to contact police on 0161 856 9774.
