Police have released CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to in relation to an assault in a Wishaw tower block.
Officers are continuing to investigate an assault with intent to rob that occurred on Tuesday, April 30, at around 8.40am in Birkshaw Tower, Gowkthrapple.
A 67-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were threatened however no one was injured.
Officers believe that the man shown in the image may have information that could assist them and would appeal to anyone who recognises him to contact them.
Detective Constable David Duers, of Wishaw CID, said: “This was a frightening experience for the victims and our inquiries have been ongoing.
“If you have any information about this incident or can identify this man, please contact us on 101 quoting incident number 0650 of 30 April 2019 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
