Police recovered a machete during a drugs raid in Irlam.
The warrant took place at a property in the village this morning on Tuesday (June 15).
The exact location of the address has not been released by officers.
During the raid, a “large quantity” of cannabis was located and seized.
A machete was also recovered.
In a post, GMP Eccles, Cadishead, Barton and Irlam said: “This morning officers have executed a drugs warrant at an address in Irlam.
“A large quantity of cannabis was located and seized along with this machete."
It is not clear whether police made any arrests following the incident.
