Police have raced to an ongoing incident in Edinburgh this evening.
A huge emergency response has been reported on Slateford Green in the west of the city.
Eyewitnesses on nearby Gorgie Park Close have spotted two police cars, a police van and three ambulances on the scene.
Police were called at around 2.30pm to the report of a disturbance at a property and officers remain in attendance.
A local source said: "Not sure what’s happening at Gorgie Park Close.
"Two police cars a police van and three ambulances. Must be major."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.30pm on Wednesday, 20 January, officers in Edinburgh were called to the report of a disturbance at a property on Slateford Green.
“Emergency services are currently in attendance.”
