Two people are being questioned by police after a 19-year-old man was shot inside a Lawndale business Monday morning on the West Side.
He was standing inside in the 2900 block of West Harrison Street about 11 a.m. when gunmen in a black Dodge Charger fired shots from outside, Chicago police said.
The man was struck in the arm and wrist, and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
Officers pulled over a vehicle shortly after the shooting and took two males in for questioning, police said. No charges have been filed.
The shootings came just hours after a weekend that saw five people killed and 34 others wounded in gun violence throughout Chicago.
