Police are investigating a violent attack on two boys in a McDonald's in Clydebank after a video of the attack was shared online.
The 45-second clip shows the two victims being approached by a gang of older youths with their faces covered on Friday, October 25.
Two of the gang threaten the defenceless boys before raining blows on them as they desperately try to avoid the blows.
The footage of the attack has been condemned after it was widely shared across social media .
It has been viewed thousands of times in less than 48 hours.
Police Scotland have confirmed they are looking into incident.
A spokesperson for the force: “We received a report of an assault in Clydebank McDonald's at around 8pm on Friday.
"Enquires are ongoing."
