Cops are probing the death of a man after his body was found in a house in West Lothian.
The body of the 43-year-old was discovered in a property on Marjoribanks Street in Bathgate yesterday afternoon.
Passers-by reported police standing guard outside the address following the grim find.
Forensics officers were also spotted going into the property.
Police confirmed officers are investigating the "unexplained" death.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 1.15pm on Sunday, 2 August, 2020, the body of a 43-year-old man was discovered within a property on Marjoribanks Street, Bathgate.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing."
