Local police officers have launched an investigation after a man’s body was discovered in a Perth flat on New Year’s Day.
Emergency services were called to reports that a person had been found dead in Culliven Court, at 8.40pm.
Police say the man’s death is currently being treated as “unexplained”.
Officers have since launched an investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding his death.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.40pm on Saturday, January 1, 2022, police received a report a man’s body had been found within a flat in Culliven Court, Perth.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
