The sudden death of a man in a woodland park in Rutherglen is being probed by police.
Jerry Omogieva was in the Cuningar Loop Woodland Park, Downiebrae Road, on Friday, July 17.
Officers are appealing for information as part of their on-going enquiries into the 23-year-old's death.
And they are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen him in the park that night.
Jerry is described as black, 5ft 10ins, of slim build with black dreadlocks.
At the time he was wearing dark clothing and was carrying a rucksack.
Detective Inspector Gordon Sneddon said: “We would like to speak to anyone who may have seen Jerry between 8.30pm and 10pm either in the park or the surrounding area.”
“If you can help with our enquiries then please call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 4250 of Friday, 17 July, 2020.”
