Police have been spotted in the city centre with witnesses reporting damage to a shop front. Officers and security staff were seen in Pelham Street on Wednesday evening (August 31).
Witnesses described seeing shards of glass on the floor and said that a shop window had been damaged. An incident was reported at around 8pm. Witnesses also said the alarm of a shop had been triggered.
The exact circumstances of the damage are not yet known. Nottinghamshire Live has attempted to contact Nottinghamshire Police for more information.
