Police officer admits to five charges of nightclub sexual assaults in Scotland

A POLICE officer has admitted to five charges of sexual assault at nightclubs in Scotland.

Ross Campbell was set for trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday but admitted to five of the nine charges. This was accepted by the Crown.

The offences took place at nightclubs in Aberdeen and Dundee between 2019 and 2020.

The case continues on Tuesday afternoon.
