A 28-year-old man was charged after a stabbing in a Liverpool street.
Merseyside Police were called to Gwladys Street, in Walton, at around 6.30pm on Thursday, July 28 following reports of a fight in the street. Once at the scene officers found a man had been stabbed in the arm.
Shaun Kerr from Edge Grove, Fairfield, was charged with Section 18 Wounding and Possession of a Bladed Article. He was remanded into custody and appeared in court on Saturday, July 30. Kerr will next appear in court on Tuesday, August 30.

The ECHO has confirmed the woman who was crying was not the victim's girlfriend.
Last week Chief Inspector Kevin Chatterton said: “Enquiries are in the very early stages to establish what has taken place. I would appeal to anyone who was in the vicinity of Gwladys Street at around 6.30pm and saw or heard anything to come forward and speak to us.
“I would appeal for residents in the area to check your CCTV footage to see if it has captured any footage as it may help with the investigation.”
